2021 Melbourne Head Regatta

Melbourne’s rowing community emerged from lockdown for the Melbourne Head Regatta on the Yarra for Melbourne Head on Nov. 20.

Richmond had 32 rowers competing in 8 events, starting this post-lockdown season with a strong showing of four 3rd, two 2nd, and a 1st place finish in the women’s masters 1x.

It was a cool overcast day for racing, with the sun coming out to make for perfect bbq weather on the balcony following the racing, where we celebrated the AIRC indoors champs in person!
