This is just to let you know that the next fundraising quiz will be the evening of 15th of March, as this is the “Ides of March” we will be having a Roman theme.
Participation in Fundraising is an expectation of membership. Without past fundraising we would have no equipment now, without fundraising now we will have no equipment in the future. It is that simple.
Not only is the event critical to the club it is far less strenuous than fundraising activities we have done in the past, in fact most people seem to have fun. There will be prizes for the winners and the best dressed Romans; the winners also get to keep for a year a very special marsupial, Wiki the wombat.
There is an entry fee of $20 and the bar will be open. Friends and family are more than welcome, in the past we have had groups forming their own quiz team (10 people) but if you are just bringing yourself we can find you a team.
