Collecting oral histories

Sunday 28 April 2013 will be one of the first events for our 150th celebrations.
We invite all members, old members, or ex members to come to the club and share your stories!
RRCwantsU* Stories about rowing at Richmond
* Stories of competing for Richmond
* Stories of RRC members and their successes or mishaps too
* Stories about any past club activities
Any story you remember and would like to share so we can record for others to hear and learn of what happened in our past. All our stories make up our colourful, wonderful history.
Please come down for lunch and drink, before we start recording stories. These oral histories will form part of our 150th Exhibition and become an important part of our Archives for future members to appreciate the culture and activities of RRC.
We will be very appreciative if you can spare this Sunday afternoon and hopefully meet up with some of your rowing pals too! The 150th Committee will be very pleased to meet you and show you around the current club and discuss our redevelopment plans.
Lunch (gold coin donation) 12 noon, with the bar open, and story recording during the afternoon.
