What next? The Development Squad (DS)

Through your Learn to Row course you will have made new friends and developed a lasting enjoyment of rowing – you may even decide that you’d like to continue rowing and join our Richmond Rowing Club.

So what’s next? You will be invited to join the Richmond Rowing Club as a member of the Development Squad (DS). The Development Squad training program continues where the Learn to Row course leaves off- a 12 week program intended to lift new rowers to the skill level and independence needed to join the intermediate squad.
